Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using BulkInstantCoffee.com (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. The Platform is operated by All American Coffee LLC. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Platform.

This Platform is intended exclusively for business-to-business (B2B) transactions. Use by individual consumers is not permitted.

Platform use

You may use this Platform to:

• Request pricing quotes for bulk instant coffee products
• Place orders as a registered business customer
• Access your client portal account to track orders and download documents
• Contact All American Coffee LLC for business inquiries

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Attempt to access accounts or data that do not belong to you
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Platform
• Attempt to circumvent security measures including reCAPTCHA and CSRF protection
• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose

Quote requests and orders

Submitting a quote request does not constitute a binding order or contract. A binding purchase agreement is formed only upon issuance of a formal invoice by All American Coffee LLC and receipt of payment or written confirmation of payment terms.

All prices quoted are subject to change until confirmed in writing. Pricing is in US dollars unless otherwise stated.

Client portal accounts

Client portal accounts are issued at the discretion of All American Coffee LLC. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at orders@bulkinstantcoffee.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that have been inactive for an extended period.

Payment

Payment is processed through QuickBooks Payments (Intuit Inc.). By making a payment you agree to Intuit's terms of service. All American Coffee LLC is not responsible for errors or failures in third-party payment processing.

Orders are subject to the payment terms specified on the invoice. Late payments may result in suspension of account privileges.

Product and shipping terms

Product specifications, availability, and pricing are subject to change without notice. Shipping terms (FCA, FOB, CIF) are as agreed in the applicable invoice. Risk of loss transfers per the agreed incoterm. All American Coffee LLC is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, or force majeure events.

Intellectual property

All content on this Platform — including text, design, code, and images — is the property of All American Coffee LLC or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without written permission.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. All American Coffee LLC does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Use of the Platform is at your own risk.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, All American Coffee LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or use of the Platform shall be resolved in the courts of Florida.

Canadian customers acknowledge that certain consumer protection laws may apply in their jurisdiction. These terms do not limit any rights you may have under applicable Canadian law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
